• Once payment is made, you will receive an email confirmation for your scheduled session including the Zoom link.

• If you prefer not to appear on camera, an audio only session will be provided, although participating via video is strongly encouraged.

• All payments received are considered final and are nonrefundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

• You must reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time or forfeit your payment.

• Ensure the appropriate time zone is reflected when selecting your appointment time and please be prompt for your session to ensure you receive the full benefit of your allotted time. Tardiness in excess of 15 minutes will be considered a no-show and the Zoom session will be ended.

• LaLa LaNoir does not offer readings to anyone under 18 years of age. By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
