I can honestly say, I don't know where I'd be if I hadn't discovered the transformative benefits of meditation. In the interest of transparency, I'm not even sure I'd be alive today if meditation hadn't saved my life. I can't sing the praises of meditation enough for helping me evolve from my low vibration, victim mentality mindset to embodying more and more of my divine essence (or best self) everyday.

My commitment to teach meditation was born from the profound shifts it's inspired in my life as well as my sincere desire to see others reap similar benefits. When it comes to my experience with meditation, I've maintained a daily commitment to my meditation practice since 2016, just a couple years after settling into my proverbial rock-bottom in life. I quickly became hooked after noticing the subtle yet invaluable impact it had on my ability to witness my mental state and ultimately influence it at will. In addition to helping me develop self awareness, cultivate peace of mind, and alleviate stress, anxiety, and depression, my meditation practice is responsible for the development of my intuitive and mediumistic abilities. I could go on and on about the impact meditation has had on my life, but suffice it to say, I'm forever changed and honored to share this revolutionary gift of meditation with others.  
 
As a 200-hour certified Instinctive Meditation Teacher through the Radiance Sutras® School of Meditation, I counsel meditation students like you on how to get better at life by befriending your body and mind instead of trying to control them. Instinctive Meditation is a revolutionary form of meditation that emphasizes giving yourself more permission to follow your natural instincts while welcoming everything into your meditative experience without restraint (including thoughts). This practice is meant to be natural and effortless since the key is to release the idea that you need to 'try' in order to meditate and instead simply allow yourself to naturally flow into it. No amount of effort will make you a better meditator, because effort simply stifles the experience. With this technique, you get better through allowing and welcoming.

I don't have time

I don't have time. And while this can feel true, we all know that most people manage to make time for what's important. Which leads to the true underlying barrier preventing many people from incorporating meditation into their lives…they simply don't see the value of prioritizing it. Without a clear understanding of what you can expect to get out of meditation, it can be difficult to carve out time to incorporate this often misunderstood practice into an already busy schedule.

I can't meditate

I can't meditate, I don't know how it's too hard, or I'm not good at it. All of which infer the same dilemma – a lack of proper training. Instinctive Meditation isn't difficult and absolutely anyone can do it.

It didn't work

It didn't work. In my opinion, one of the most unfortunate impressions to have of meditation is that it doesn't work. When confronted with this assertion, my next question usually uncovers the disparity that leads many to this conclusion and that question is: What 8me frame did you expect results within?
 

Surprisingly, there are some who expect to attain the longer-term benefits of meditation without a consistent commitment to the practice over a prolonged period of time. These misguided expectations lead to disappointment, dissatisfaction, and disconnuation.
