Booking and Cancellation Policy:

All payments received are considered final and are nonrefundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

In the event you need to reschedule your consultation, a 24 hour notice is required. You must reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time or forfeit your payment. If you need help rescheduling your existing appointment please email me at hello@lalalanoir.com at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time and I'll work with you to accommodate a new appointment time.

Ensure the appropriate time zone is reflected when selecting your appointment time and please be prompt for your session to ensure you receive the full benefit of your allotted time. Tardiness in excess of 15 minutes will be considered a no-show and the Zoom session will be ended.
