Booking and Cancellation Policy:

All payments received are considered final and are nonrefundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

In the event you need to reschedule your session, a 24 hour notice is required. You must reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time or forfeit your payment. Please refer to your session confirmation email for a link to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Ensure the appropriate time zone is reflected when selecting your appointment time and please be prompt for your session to ensure you receive the full benefit of your allotted time. Tardiness in excess of 15 minutes will be considered a no-show and the Zoom session will be ended.
